Even in today’s climate, we’ve helped many developers to secure finance.  If you have a clean credit history, we can offer flexible terms and highly competitive rates.  And if your cash is tied up in other projects - or you have an adverse credit rating - we can still secure finance for your project.   

For experienced builders and first time developers, our finance deals include:

  • 70% of land value (prime lending for developers with a good credit history)
  • 60% of total costs
  • Up to 100% of build costs for experienced developers
  • Profit margin of existing business (up to 20% excess)
  • Sub prime lending, dependent on circumstances
