Non Conforming mortgages

At Savannah, we specialise in helping UK residents to secure finance, even when they have a low credit score or poor credit history.

We appreciate that everyone has their own financial background, and our sympathetic adviser will only deal with repuatable lenders.  This means that we can search the market and find you the most appropriate loan.

Have you been refused a loan or credit in the past?
Unfortunately, a poor credit history can have a spiralling effect.  If you’re turned down for a loan without an explanation, you won’t be able to take action – and the refusal could affect your next loan application.

If you’ve been turned down, follow these basic steps before you apply again:

  1. Obtain a credit report.  Speak to a credit reference agency like Equifax, Experian or Callcredit.
  2. Check the report for mistakes.  You may be able to put things right.
  3. Make sure your name is on the local electoral roll.
  4. Do not go over your overdraft limit or breach other credit agreements.

Applying for your mortgage

Even without a clean credit history, you can still apply for a mortgage or loan.  Naturally you can’t expect the lowest headline rate – your repayments will reflect the lender’s view of the risk involved.  But when you work with Savannah, we’ll cut through the extreme rates and find you a loan you can afford - at a rate that you deserve. We can find loans for clients with:

  • Unlimited CCJs
  • Unlimited arrears
  • Defaults
  • Missed or late payments

THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME.  YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.

Savannah Financial Services is an Appointed Representative of Thinc Assured Network Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.   There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances, although the maximum fee will not exceed 1.5% of the loan amount.
